1人生经历

触摸是人类生命对世界最原始的认知,因为触摸这个世界,人与人之间开始互动,生活开始发光,社会开始进步。从传感器的出现到今天,它的不断突破把整个世界带上了新高峰,小到智能手机,大到机械控制,都离不开传感器的“传递”。

    而推动中国传感器发展的领军人物是当时年仅28岁的湖南湘阴籍小伙吴浩,“传奇”是传感器和塑料辅机行业对他的最高评价。在吴浩看来,自己虽是80后,但经历的却是70后的成长。潇湘多才俊,一方水土养育一方人,作为湖南湘阴人,吴浩秉承了潇湘人真诚做人、认真做事、坚持与求知进取的态度,用自己的行动诠释了新时代的“湖湘精神”:“身无半亩,敢为人先”。

差生辍学闯荡上海滩

    这段传奇是从吴浩16岁开始谱写的,当时,他是老师眼中调皮捣蛋因成绩跟不上而辍学的“差生”。1999年,吴浩在高二第一学期辍学后来到上海,在一家传感器公司里做最基层的产品生产工人,从此开始了自己的闯荡之路。初次远离家乡的吴浩只身到达上海,颇有电视剧中闯荡上海滩的感觉。“无奈之选”是吴浩自己对当年情形的高度概括,因为没有学历,没有专业技术,人生中就这一份工作,要么就是不务正业,要么就是把这个领域的知识学得更精,前者已经没有办法选择了,只能选择后者。坎坷的道路上往往付出的努力比别人要更多,但是看到的风景也更美。

    对于大多数人而言,会在工厂里赚取一份回乡盖房的工资,但吴浩却选择了与其他人不同的方式,认真学技术、刻苦钻管理、勤奋做销售。在5年间,吴浩彻底改变了自己的命运,凭着自身努力,又自学了其余的传感器技术。2001年下半年,吴浩掌握最基本的技术后觉得可以做一些对外工作,就当机立断的当起了售后。2002年,在一次售后工作中发生了一件有趣的小事,“那时总想着为公司多做点事,多尽点力,争取更多的业绩,客户说我们的产品不好,我就带着配件去给他调试,到了以后发现,并不是传感器本身的质量问题,而是他使用方法不得当,一般来讲做好服务就可以走了,但是我跟老板说你把这个配件买下来吧!”,这种办事方法和状态被领导知道之后就把他调去干销售。当真正转型后,吴浩才意识到,做销售真的很难,很多单子经常谈崩。

From small smartphones to large mechanical controls, none can do without the "transmission" of sensors.

The leading figure who promoted the development of sensors in China was Wu Hao, a 28-year-old native of Xiangyin, Hunan Province at that time. "Legend" was the highest praise given to him in the sensor and plastic auxiliary machinery industry. In Wu Hao's view, although he is born in the 1980s, he has experienced the growth of those born in the 1970s. Xiangxiang is home to many talented people. The land nurtures its people. As a native of Xiangyin, Hunan Province, Wu Hao has carried forward the attitude of the Xiangxiang people, who are sincere in their conduct, serious in their work, persistent in their pursuit of knowledge and progress. With his actions, he has interpreted the "Huxiang Spirit" of the new era: "If you have no land, be the first to dare."

A poor student dropped out of school and ventured into the Shanghai Bund

This legend began when Wu Hao was 16 years old. At that time, he was regarded by his teachers as a naughty and mischievous "poor student" who dropped out of school because his grades couldn't keep up. In 1999, Wu Hao dropped out of school in the first semester of his second year of high school and came to Shanghai. He worked as a low-level product manufacturing worker in a sensor company and thus embarked on his own journey of adventure. Wu Hao, who was away from his hometown for the first time, arrived in Shanghai alone, giving off a sense of venturing into the city as depicted in TV dramas. "Helpless choice" is Wu Hao's own highly condensed description of the situation back then. Due to having no academic qualifications and no professional skills, he only had this one job in his life. Either he was not focusing on his main job or he had to master the knowledge in this field more proficiently. The former was no longer an option, and he could only choose the latter. On a bumpy road, one often makes more efforts than others, but the scenery seen is also more beautiful.

For most people, they would earn a salary in a factory to build a house in their hometown, but Wu Hao chose a different way from others. He studied technology seriously, delved into management diligently, and worked hard in sales. In five years, Wu Hao completely changed his fate. Through his own efforts, he also taught himself the rest of the sensor technologies. In the second half of 2001, after Wu Hao mastered the most basic skills, he felt that he could do some external work and thus made a prompt decision to take on the role of after-sales service. In 2002, an interesting little incident occurred during an after-sales service job. "At that time, I was always thinking of doing more for the company, making more efforts and striving for more achievements. The customer said our products were not good, so I took the accessories to debug them for him. After arriving, I found that it wasn't a quality problem with the sensor itself, but rather his improper usage method. Generally speaking, as long as you provide good service, you can leave. But I told the boss, "Just buy this accessory!" " After the leader found out about this way of doing things and his state of mind, he was transferred to work in sales. It was only after the real transformation that Wu Hao realized that being in sales was really tough, and many deals often fell through.

 

售后是帮助别人解决问题,不需要厉害的营销口才和客户沟通,销售则不同。当时,也找不到好的方法,他只能从最简单的事情做起,比如说画样本,基本上每天对着各种各样的客户名录和产品样册,然后骑着自行车去邮局寄给客户,一个礼拜能写三四百份,订好名片,一家一家寄。2003年的时候因为之前有技术功底,加上做销售学习到的东西,半年时间之后觉得自己提高了,他能和客户谈一些项目的事情,销售业绩就越来越好。作为传统的企业来说,可能仅仅是把一个传感器产品卖给客户,而在那个时候吴浩就会去研究,客户到底在想什么,需要什么,从而按照要求去为客户设计方案,做定制服务,按照现在的话来讲,就叫个性化的解决方案。但量身定做的东西不是市场上能买得到的,所以价格的自由度就很大了,带来的价格链也很大,往往创新就能创造更高的价值。

After-sales service is about helping others solve problems and doesn't require excellent marketing skills or communication with customers. Sales, on the other hand, is different. At that time, he couldn't find a good way either. He could only start with the simplest things, such as drawing samples. Basically, he would go through all kinds of customer directories and product sample books every day, and then ride his bicycle to the post office to send them to customers. He could write three or four hundred copies a week, order business cards and send them one by one. In 2003, due to his previous technical foundation and what he had learned from sales, after half a year, he felt that he had improved. He could now discuss some project matters with clients, and his sales performance kept getting better and better. For a traditional enterprise, it might merely be selling a sensor product to a customer. However, at that time, Wu Hao would study what the customer was thinking and what they needed, and then design solutions and provide customized services based on the requirements. In today's terms, this is called a personalized solution. However, tailor-made products are not available on the market, so there is a great deal of freedom in terms of price, and the resulting price chain is also very large. Often, innovation can create higher value.

 


 

2结缘单尼斯科Dynisco

 从吴浩踏上传感器这条路开始,冥冥之中就和单尼斯科结下了不解之缘。2004年,他在传感器的销售领域已经做得风生水起。上海闵行区一家意大利企业因在生产过程中操作不当导致传感器故障。当时,他们采用的美国Dynisco(单尼斯科)传感器的定制周期在一个月以上,而老板要求15日内必须开工,于是他们就找到吴浩做一个完全能代替的传感器产品。吴浩把自己设计的产品带过去后,意大利高级工程师调试了半个多小时也没弄好,这时,吴浩要求亲自调试,对方出于对中国技术的质疑犹豫了半刻才同意他的请求。不负所望,吴浩调好之后就可以立刻开机工作了。按照常理来说,解决问题后就可以功成身退,但是吴浩没有,他觉得自己做的传感器在国外设备上也能用,是不是可以利用这次机会开辟国外市场呢?于是,他就请翻译帮忙,和意大利工程师沟通,单尼斯科的定制周期太长,是不是今后在中国的项目可以考虑用我们的产品?经过一番商谈,终于打动了这家企业的领导者。  “那一刻我就在想,以后是不是可以走向国际市场,源于此,我把这件事情当做一个项目,2004年因为做了国际市场导致我和单尼斯科去沟通,我同他们协商,你是不是要把中国的产品拿去贴牌,在当年就建立了合作关系,等于我在全球的传感器业务就铺开了,起码在全球前十热熔体传感器行业,没有人不知道吴浩!”   2004年下半年,Dynisco(单尼斯科)开始考虑并购活动,当时这场轰动国内外的合作,全靠吴浩一个人在幕后主导策划,2005年谈了一年后,收购活动失败,吴浩选择从原来的公司辞职。“当你的梦想没有实现的时候,你是不是还有其他的方法去实现你的梦想?”吴浩说。

Since Wu Hao embarked on the path of sensors, he has been bound by an unbreakable bond with Danisco. In 2004, he had already achieved great success in the field of sensor sales. An Italian enterprise in Minhang District, Shanghai, experienced sensor failure due to improper operation during the production process. At that time, the customization cycle for the American Dynisco sensor they adopted was over a month, but the boss required that work must start within 15 days. So they found Wu Hao to make a sensor product that could completely replace it. After Wu Hao brought the product he designed over, the Italian senior engineer spent over half an hour debugging it but still couldn't get it done. At this point, Wu Hao requested to debug it himself. The other party, out of doubts about Chinese technology, hesitated for a while before agreeing to his request. As expected, after Wu Hao adjusted it, it could be turned on and started working immediately. Logically speaking, one could retire after solving the problem. But Wu Hao didn't. He felt that the sensors he made could also be used on foreign equipment. Could he take this opportunity to open up the foreign market? So, he asked the translator for help and communicated with the Italian engineer. The customization cycle of Danisco was too long. Could our products be considered for future projects in China? After some discussions, the leader of this enterprise was finally persuaded. At that moment, I was thinking whether I could enter the international market in the future. Because of this, I regarded this matter as a project. In 2004, due to my entry into the international market, I communicated with Danisco. I negotiated with them whether they should take Chinese products for OEM. We established a cooperative relationship that year, which was equivalent to the expansion of my global sensor business. At least in the top ten global hot melt sensor industry, no one doesn't know Wu Hao!" In the second half of 2004, Dynisco began to consider merger and acquisition activities. At that time, this highly publicized cooperation both at home and abroad was entirely led and planned by Wu Hao alone behind the scenes. After a year of negotiations in 2005, the acquisition activity failed, and Wu Hao chose to resign from his original company. When your dream doesn't come true, are there any other ways for you to achieve it? Wu Hao said.

2006年2月,吴浩带领自己的团队成立上海皓鹰测控技术有限公司 ,创业以后人生的目标就产生了变化。从一开始吴浩就把单尼斯科当做自己的竞争对手,“我从来不会把自己中国同行当做对手,那个时候我就意识到,我把全球最厉害的同行当做对手,我带领的团队将来就会成为怎样的企业,美国Dynisco(单尼斯科)是当时世界上最厉害的,我如果把他打赢了,或者和他竞争,就证明我和他具备同样的能力。所以有些时候我们经常在说,你在做事情的时候选择怎样的团队很重要,同时,你选择怎么样的对手也很重要,这两者是同样关键的。”    因为带着把皓鹰做好这个想法经营企业,2008年时吴浩就已经和美国Dynisco(单尼斯科)展开合作,到2011年时正式启动并购, 2011年底并购协议达成,2012年上市公司公布。皓鹰和美国Dynisco(单尼斯科)的并购是史上最复杂的一次并购,也是一次最有意义的一次并购,背后付出的艰辛努力是很多人无法理解的。

At that time, I realized that if I regarded the world's most powerful peers as rivals, the team I led would become what kind of enterprise in the future. Dynisco in the United States was the most powerful in the world at that time. If I defeated it, Or competing with him would prove that I have the same ability as him. So sometimes we often say that when you are doing things, choosing the right team is very important, and at the same time, choosing the right opponent is also very important. Both are equally crucial." With the idea of running the business well, Wu Hao had already started to cooperate with Dynisco of the United States in 2008. The acquisition was officially initiated in 2011, and the acquisition agreement was reached by the end of 2011. The listed company was announced in 2012. The merger and acquisition between Haoying and Dynisco of the United States is the most complex one in history, but also the most meaningful one. The arduous efforts behind it are beyond the comprehension of many people.


2012年全球500强上市美资美国Roper集团收购上海皓鹰全部资产,吴浩成为Dynisco中国创始人兼总裁,也是美国Dynisco(单尼斯科)在中国唯一的行政长官。惊喜总在追梦的路上  早在2012年接受媒体采访时,吴浩就立志打造一个符合中国国情的、优秀的外资企业,这是他的创业梦。吴浩说:“在人生的每个阶段其实很累,中国人比较含蓄不是很多事情都愿意解释,谈的更多的是感悟,外国人强调做事,其实这其中很多困难,文化差异,思想差异,会影响很多决策点,我在这条路上还在努力还在坚持,但结果怎样,我真的不好去说。”  虽然是技术出身,在管理方面,吴浩却有着异常的天赋和心得。他同时经营着多家企业,其中甚至有影视艺术公司。他说,投资一些企业有很多原因,主要还是结合自身经历,将心比心:“我是80后,从农村来,在创业时有激情有梦想,有一些工作经验,可是我就没有钱,现在,我看到有这样一些年轻人,他们怀揣着自己的梦想,重复我当年的道路,我愿意帮助他们,他们的成功也是某种意义上我的成功!人生最大的成就就是帮助一些人完成自己的梦想。”  吴浩介绍,作为一个管理者,一定要有发散性思维,如果连自己的思想都要禁锢,那一定做不好事情。创业的灵感来源于敢于去吸收其他东西,并且懂得收的回来。同时,重组能力很重要,如果你方向跑偏了那是很麻烦的,其实我做的事情,很多都是有主线的,传感器的源头需要模具,生产过程中需要借助传媒的宣传和包装来营销,广告创新的模式是很强大的,就像我平时会拿自己的无厘头形象恶搞,但是很火,虽然和传感器没什么关系,但是未来在这个点上可以去绑定。如果有这种结合,会成为企业发展一个很有利的点,我能够做别人做不到的事情。  如果将来不做传感器,会选择哪一行业?有人经常会问到这个问题。面对这个问题,吴浩回答得很坦诚:“暂时没有去想,我是一个确定要做某件事才会去想的人,如果没决定就去想就是浪费时间。如果等哪天我在想了,我肯定已经在做了。目前我还是在想怎样把美国Dynisco(单尼斯科)这个公司经营好,坦诚的说有很多困难,和自己做老板的时候不太一样,总是在想怎样把这个巅峰企业拉到一个更高点,让它更完整,更优秀。你在人生中就是一个设计师,你设计的东西已经是最好的了,想办法突破达到更高点,有惊喜的东西出来非常困难。所以这种压力很大,比方说原来没什么,我呈现出一个色彩很容易,但是你现在处于巅峰,想再往上走真的很难。”   生活中的吴浩是一个快节奏的人,不太愿意接受很慢的工作状态,比较爱追求创新,起初皓鹰没做几年总是搬家,但有目共睹的是他们越搬越大,他说:“如果想赢只有两个方面,一个是快,一个是坚持。我有时候为了工作甚至不吃饭,如果今天想到的事情,我没做完就睡不着觉,我到现在都没搞明白,那些没做完事情的同事怎么能睡着。”虽然高中退学,但是吴浩凭借自己的努力先后获得工商管理硕士学位、高级工程师等职称,现在他还在继续攻读工学学士与工商管理博士。除了在业界的成绩外,吴浩还身兼多项社会职务,比如上海湖南商会副会长、上海湖南(岳阳)商会常务副会长、上海市领军后备人才、上海市闵行区领军人才、上海市合作交流青联委员、湖南省青联委员、湖南岳阳市政协委员。    从2006年开始,吴浩还资助了近百位来自不同地区的留守儿童,从他们读小学开始直到完成学业。与其他企业家不同的是,吴浩更加注重亲力亲为。2012年7月2日,他与支教团队一起前往湘西自治州凤凰县,在那里进行了15天的支教、调研、采风等活动。关于爱心助学这个活动,吴浩说:“只要自己还有收入的能力,就会一直帮助这个活动。”   吴浩说:“每一个成功的人都是一本精彩的书,你交往的人越多读的书也就越多,在交往的过程中学习成长,成为一个更优秀的人。”他希望自己的这些奋斗经历能够与家乡的有志青年共勉。

Foreigners emphasize doing things. In fact, there are many difficulties involved. Cultural differences and ideological differences can affect many decision-making points. I'm still striving and persisting on this path, but I really can't say what the outcome will be." Although he has a technical background, Wu Hao has an extraordinary talent and experience in management. He runs several enterprises simultaneously, among which there is even a film and television art company. He said that there are many reasons for investing in some enterprises, but mainly it is based on one's own experience and putting oneself in others' shoes: I was born in the 1980s and come from the countryside. When I started my business, I was passionate and had dreams. I also had some work experience, but I had no money. Now, I see some young people who are holding onto their dreams and following the same path as I did back then. I am willing to help them. Their success is, in a sense, my success! The greatest achievement in life is to help some people fulfill their dreams. Wu Hao introduced that as a manager, one must have divergent thinking. If one even restricts their own thoughts, they will surely not be able to do things well. The inspiration for starting a business comes from daring to absorb other things and knowing how to take them back. At the same time, the ability to reorganize is very important. If you deviate from the right direction, it will be very troublesome. In fact, many of the things I do have a main thread. The source of sensors requires molds, and during the production process, it needs to rely on media promotion and packaging for marketing. The innovative model of advertising is very powerful. Just like I usually make fun of my own nonsensical image, but it's very popular. Although it has nothing to do with sensors, it can be bound at this point in the future. If there is such a combination, it will become a very favorable point for the development of the enterprise. I can do what others cannot. If I don't make sensors in the future, which industry would I choose? People often ask this question. Facing this question, Wu Hao answered very candidly: "I haven't thought about it for now. I'm the kind of person who only starts thinking about something when I'm sure I want to do it. If I think about it without making a decision, it's just a waste of time." If one day I start thinking about it, I'm sure I'll already be doing it. At present, I'm still thinking about how to run the American company Dynisco well. To be honest, there are many difficulties. It's quite different from when I was my own boss. I'm always thinking about how to raise this peak enterprise to a higher level, making it more complete and excellent. In life, you are a designer. What you design is already the best. It is very difficult to find a way to break through and reach a higher point, and come up with something surprising. So this kind of pressure is huge. For instance, before it was nothing, it was easy for me to present a color, but now you are at the peak, and it's really hard to move up further." Wu Hao is a fast-paced person in life and is not very willing to accept a slow working state. He is rather fond of pursuing innovation. At first, Hao Ying moved frequently after only a few years, but it is obvious to all that they moved bigger and bigger. He said, "If you want to win, there are only two aspects: one is to be fast, and the other is to persist." Sometimes I don't even eat for work. If I think of something today and haven't finished it, I can't fall asleep. Up to now, I still haven't figured out how those colleagues who haven't finished their tasks can fall asleep. Although he dropped out of high school, Wu Hao, through his own efforts, has successively obtained a Master of Business Administration degree and senior engineer titles. Now, he is still pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a Doctor of Business Administration. 吴浩博士获“上海市领军后备人才”“湖南省岳阳市杰出青年”“中国十大创新湘商”等称号,2022年因城市数字化转型贡献获上海“领军先锋”二等奖,2024年入选嘉兴市十大工业设计师,中国仪器仪表协会理事,上海仪器仪表协会理事,上海市智能制造协会专家委员,上海市压力与物位传感器委员会副主任委员,上海传感器协会理事,上海市计量测试学会在线测试专业委员会主任委员,上海市松江区首席技师,浙江省自动化学会理事,浙江省智能制造专家库专家委员,2024年嘉兴市科技企业孵化器协会创业导师。

Dr. Wu Hao has been honored with titles such as "Leading Talent Reserve of Shanghai," "Outstanding Youth of Yueyang City, Hunan Province," and "Top Ten Innovative Hunan Merchants in China." In 2022, he received the second prize of "Leading Pioneer" in Shanghai for his contributions to urban digital transformation. In 2024, he was selected as one of the Top Ten Industrial Designers in Jiaxing City. He also serves as a director of the China Instrument and Control Association, a director of the Shanghai Instrument and Control Association, an expert committee member of the Shanghai Intelligent Manufacturing Association, the deputy director of the Shanghai Pressure and Level Sensor Committee, a director of the Shanghai Sensor Association, the director of the Online Testing Professional Committee of the Shanghai Metrology and Testing Society, the chief technician of Songjiang District, Shanghai, a director of the Zhejiang Automation Society, and an expert committee member of the Zhejiang Intelligent Manufacturing Expert Database. In 2024, he was appointed as an entrepreneurship mentor for the Jiaxing City Technology Business Incubator Association.
