AI Intelligent Melt Pressure Sensor integrates cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology with high-performance core components, representing a major breakthrough in sensing technology.

It is optimized for high-precision measurement in extreme temperature environments, ensuring stable and accurate data even under high-temperature operating conditions.

Through AI intelligent circuitry, it provides real-time dynamic compensation for minor drifts caused by temperature changes. Even in high-temperature environments up to 350°C, it achieves near-zero thermal drift, guaranteeing stable output under complex working conditions.

Designed specifically for pressure measurement of high-temperature melts, gases or molten materials, it is widely used in high-temperature process control in industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy and electric power, providing users with unprecedented measurement accuracy and reliability.

      吴浩博士,1983 年出生,湖南省岳阳市湘阴人,现任皓格集团总裁,高级工程师、压力计量专家,上海市领军后备人才、上海市松江区首席技师、第七届湖南省岳阳市政协委员、湖南省青年联合会第十届委员会委员、WTO/TBT评审专家、全国压力计量技术委员会委员、上海市计量测试学会在线测试专业委员会主任委员。

  • 2009年:获美国PSU大学工商管理硕士学位(MBA)

  • 1999 年,16 岁辍学从业,正式进入传感器行业,从生产一线深耕起步;

  • 2020 年,创建 GRAEFF(格拉夫)中国公司,任中国区总裁,推动 GRAEFF(格拉夫)中国工厂成立;

  • 2023 年,出任 GRAEFF(格拉夫)亚太区总裁,兼任中国区总裁,在上海建立亚太总部,以中国为中心辐射亚太市场;

Dr. Wu Hao, born in 1983, is from Xiangyin, Yueyang City, Hunan Province. Currently, he serves as the President of Hogo Group. He is a senior engineer and a pressure measurement expert. He is a leading talent reserve in Shanghai, a chief technician in Songjiang District of Shanghai, a member of the 7th Committee of Yueyang City, Hunan Province, a member of the 10th Committee of the Hunan Youth Federation, a WTO/TBT review expert, a member of the National Pressure Measurement Technology Committee, and the director of the Online Testing Professional Committee of Shanghai Metrology and Testing Society.

Educational Background

  • 2009: Obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Pennsylvania State University (PSU), USA.

  • 2019: Obtained a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from IPAG Business School in France.

  • 2026: Postdoctoral Research at Yonsei University, South Korea.

Work Experience

  • In 1999, at the age of 16, he dropped out of school and entered the sensor industry. He began his career by working on the production line and gradually delved deeper into the field.

  • In 2002, at the age of 19, he was awarded the title of "Outstanding Employee" by the Yangpu District Workers' Union of Shanghai.

  • In 2004, at the age of 21, he/she was the one leading the cross-border mergers and acquisitions between Chinese and American companies.

  • In 2006, at the age of 23, he founded Shanghai Haoying Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd.

  • In 2011, at the age of 28, Shanghai Haoying was acquired by the global 500 company Roper Group in the United States. It was rehired to serve as the president of Dynisco's China branch. He single-handedly established the Dynisco factory in China and was hailed as the "father of the innovative model of melt pressure sensors and Dynisco ECHO".

  • In 2014, at the age of 31, he integrated various resources to establish Haogei Group and served as its president. The business covered fields such as sensors, the Internet of Things, film and television, technology, cultural media, the Internet, catering, agriculture, and angel investment.

  • In 2020, the GRAEFF (Graf) China company was established and I served as the president of the China region, promoting the establishment of the GRAEFF (Graf) factory in China.

  • In 2023, he was appointed as the President of GRAEFF's Asia-Pacific region and also served as the President of the China region. The Asia-Pacific headquarters was established in Shanghai, with China serving as the center to cover the entire Asia-Pacific market.

  • In 2024, the Haogei Group will acquire the entire British GRAEFF company and assume the position of Global President of GRAEFF. By integrating the century-old technological accumulation, it will strengthen its global market strategy.

Technical Achievements and Industry Contributions

  • As a legendary leader in the sensor industry, Dr. Wu Hao is a "craftsman-type" entrepreneur and technical expert who holds both the titles of senior engineer and industrial professor. He has been deeply involved in the industry for decades, possessing the dual identities of an enterprise leader and a technical practitioner.

  • Led the team to develop the first domestically-made mercury-free, environmentally friendly high-temperature melt pressure sensor in China, breaking the international monopoly and addressing the hazards and safety risks of mercury pollution. During the pandemic, it assisted in the production of melt-blown fabric and the supply of core materials for environmentally friendly masks.

  • Developed the world's first AI intelligent high-temperature melt pressure sensor, integrating artificial intelligence algorithms, significantly improving measurement accuracy and stability, and promoting the intelligent upgrade of the industry;

  • The breakthrough in the pressure measurement technology for the high-temperature molten salt heat storage system has filled the domestic gap. The related achievements have won the Silver Award at the 6th China (Shanghai) Invention and Innovation Exhibition and the Bronze Award at the 34th Shanghai Excellent Invention Selection Competition.

  • Leading the team has obtained nearly 200 national patents related to sensors, covering core areas such as structural design, intelligent algorithms, and environmentally friendly materials.

  • Participated in drafting several national standards and verification procedures such as "General Technical Requirements for Intelligent Measurement and Control Equipment", "Pressure Sensor", "Strain Gauge Pressure Sensor", and "Pressure Transmitter", and participated in the review of hundreds of national and industry standards and verification procedures, laying a solid foundation for the standardized development, quality improvement, and technological innovation of the industry.

  • Based on the GRAEFF (Graf) platform as the core, Dr. Wu Hao has promoted the deep integration of sensors and the Internet of Things, developing solutions such as smart fire protection, smart agriculture, and smart sanitation services, to assist in the digital transformation of cities; innovative technologies have been widely applied in industries such as plastics, chemical fibers, rubber, petrochemicals, and new energy, significantly enhancing the international competitiveness of Chinese sensor enterprises.

  • Academically, the publication of the monograph "Intelligent Pressure Sensors: Theory and Frontier Practices" systematically reviews the basic theories, core technologies, and future trends.
