在嘉兴秀洲，有这样一家企业——格拉夫（嘉兴）仪器仪表有限公司。它的掌舵人吴浩，用20多年时间，完成了一场令人惊叹的人生跨越：从16岁辍学打工的学徒，到如今拥有博士头衔、掌舵跨国企业的CEO。

In Jiashan XiuZhou, there is such an enterprise - Graff (Jiashan) Instrument and Metering Co., Ltd. Its leader, Wu Hao, has spent 20 years achieving an astonishing life transformation: from being a 16-year-old apprentice who dropped out of school to work and now becoming a CEO with a doctoral degree leading a multinational enterprise.

 

 

16岁辍学打工

他从一线“扎”进技术深处

1999年，16岁的吴浩从湖南岳阳老家辍学，来到上海打工。

没有学历、没有背景，他从最基础的学徒做起。但短短6个月后，原本带他的师傅，反过来要向他请教；一年时间，他积累的经验比干了三年的人还要深厚。

回忆起那段时光，吴浩的眼神里依然闪着光：“努力是基础，这是永远不会变的。梦想不是空中楼阁，是靠每一个螺丝，每一次调试堆出来的。”

正是这种在生产一线摸爬滚打出来的经验，让他不仅懂得了技术，更懂得了做事的哲学。

一路“逆袭”

从工人到博士，从国内到国际

此后的岁月里，吴浩的人生像开挂一般加速前行——

他攻读MBA，提升管理与视野；
他参与跨国谈判并购，在28岁时完成了与全球500强企业Roper集团的国际并购；
他创办自己的工厂，将技术落地为产品；
他远赴法国IPAG高等商学院攻读博士，如今仍在韩国延世大学进行博士后研究。

从一线工人到高级工程师，从学徒到压力计量专家，从创业者到跨国企业掌舵人——每一步，都不是偶然。

2020年，他选择嘉兴

让“中国智造”站上世界舞台

2020年8月，受聘担任GRAFF（格拉夫）中国总裁的吴浩，在嘉兴秀洲创立了格拉夫（嘉兴）仪器仪表有限公司。

这家企业专注于压力传感器、熔体压力传感器、温度传感器等产品的研发与生产。短短几年间，研发产品近百款，获得传感器相关国家专利近百项。

更值得一提的是，企业推出了全球首款AI智能型高温熔体压力传感器——集成人工智能算法，大幅提升测量精度与稳定性，推动行业智能化升级。

他的“梦想哲学”

做自己的事情，踏踏实实

吴浩常说，没有哪家企业可以一夜崛起，也没有哪家企业可以一夜衰落。

“我们要做的，就是做好自己的事情，踏踏实实做事，脚踏实地做人。”

这份踏实，源自他当年在流水线上拧下的每一颗螺丝；这份底气，来自他在实验室里反复调试的每一个数据。

从学徒到博士CEO，吴浩用20多年时间，书写了一个关于“坚持”与“创造”的故事。而今天，在嘉兴这片热土上，他仍在继续——

让中国传感器，站上世界舞台。

At the age of 16, he dropped out of school to work. From the front line, he gradually delved deep into the technical aspects.

In 1999, at the age of 16, Wu Hao dropped out of school in his hometown of Yueyang, Hunan Province and came to work in Shanghai. 

With no education or background, he started as an apprentice. But just six months later, the master who had taught him turned to him for advice; within a year, the experience he had accumulated was even more profound than that of someone who had worked for three years. 

Recalling that period of time, Wu Hao's eyes still shone with light: "Hard work is the foundation, and this will never change. Dreams are not just fantasies; they are built up through every screw and every adjustment." 

It was precisely this hands-on experience gained from working on the production line that enabled him not only to master the technical skills, but also to understand the philosophy of doing things.

A journey of "overcoming difficulties", from being a worker to a doctor, from domestic to international.

In the years that followed, Wu Hao's life moved forward at an accelerated pace like something out of a fantasy story. 

He pursued an MBA to enhance his management skills and broaden his perspective;

He participated in cross-border negotiations and mergers and acquisitions, and at the age of 28, he completed the international merger with the global 500 company Roper Group;

He established his own factory and turned the technology into products;

He went to the IPAG Higher Business School in France to pursue a doctoral degree, and now he is conducting postdoctoral research at Yonsei University in South Korea. 

From a frontline worker to a senior engineer, from an apprentice to a pressure measurement expert, from an entrepreneur to the leader of a multinational company - every step was not accidental.

In 2020, he chose Jiaxing, enabling "Made in China" to take its place on the world stage.

In August 2020, Wu Hao, who was appointed as the president of GRAFF (Grave) in China, established GRAFF (Jiaxing) Instrumentation Co., Ltd. in Xiashan Xiu Zhou. 

This enterprise specializes in the research and production of products such as pressure sensors, melt pressure sensors, and temperature sensors. In just a few years, it has developed over 100 types of products and obtained nearly 100 national patents related to sensors. 

What is particularly noteworthy is that the enterprise has launched the world's first AI intelligent high-temperature melt pressure sensor - integrating artificial intelligence algorithms, which significantly improves measurement accuracy and stability, and promotes the intelligent upgrade of the industry.

His "philosophy of dreams": Do your own thing and be down-to-earth.

Wu Hao often says that no company can rise to prominence overnight, nor can any company decline overnight. 

"What we need to do is to focus on our own tasks, do things in a down-to-earth manner, and be a person with a solid foundation." 

This steadfastness stems from every screw he fastened on the assembly line back then; this confidence comes from every data point he adjusted repeatedly in the laboratory. 

From an apprentice to a CEO with a PhD, Wu Hao spent over 20 years telling a story about "perseverance" and "innovation". And today, in this vibrant city of Jiaxing, he is still continuing...

Dr. Wu Hao, born in 1983, is from Xiangyin, Yueyang City, Hunan Province. Currently, he serves as the President of Hogo Group. He is a senior engineer and a pressure measurement expert. He is a leading talent reserve in Shanghai, a chief technician in Songjiang District of Shanghai, a member of the 7th Committee of Yueyang City, Hunan Province, a member of the 10th Committee of the Hunan Youth Federation, a WTO/TBT review expert, a member of the National Pressure Measurement Technology Committee, and the director of the Online Testing Professional Committee of Shanghai Metrology and Testing Society.

Educational Background

• 2009: Obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Pennsylvania State University (PSU), USA.

• 2019: Obtained a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from IPAG Business School in France.

Work Experience

• In 1999, at the age of 16, he dropped out of school and entered the sensor industry. He began his career by working on the production line and gradually delved deeper into the field.

• In 2002, at the age of 19, he was awarded the title of "Outstanding Employee" by the Yangpu District Workers' Union of Shanghai.

• In 2004, at the age of 21, he/she was the one leading the cross-border mergers and acquisitions between Chinese and American companies.

• In 2006, at the age of 23, he founded Shanghai Haoying Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd.

• In 2011, at the age of 28, Shanghai Haoying was acquired by the global 500 company Roper Group in the United States. It was rehired to serve as the president of Dynisco's China branch. He single-handedly established the Dynisco factory in China and was hailed as the "father of the innovative model of melt pressure sensors and Dynisco ECHO".

• In 2014, at the age of 31, he integrated various resources to establish Haogei Group and served as its president. The business covered fields such as sensors, the Internet of Things, film and television, technology, cultural media, the Internet, catering, agriculture, and angel investment.

• In 2020, the GRAEFF (Graf) China company was established and I served as the president of the China region, promoting the establishment of the GRAEFF (Graf) factory in China.

• In 2023, he was appointed as the President of GRAEFF's Asia-Pacific region and also served as the President of the China region. The Asia-Pacific headquarters was established in Shanghai, with China serving as the center to cover the entire Asia-Pacific market.

• In 2024, the Haogei Group will acquire the entire British GRAEFF company and assume the position of Global President of GRAEFF. By integrating the century-old technological accumulation, it will strengthen its global market strategy.

• As a legendary leader in the sensor industry, Dr. Wu Hao is a "craftsman-type" entrepreneur and technical expert who holds both the titles of senior engineer and industrial professor. He has been deeply involved in the industry for decades, possessing the dual identities of an enterprise leader and a technical practitioner.

• Led the team to develop the first domestically-made mercury-free, environmentally friendly high-temperature melt pressure sensor in China, breaking the international monopoly and addressing the hazards and safety risks of mercury pollution. During the pandemic, it assisted in the production of melt-blown fabric and the supply of core materials for environmentally friendly masks.

• Developed the world's first AI intelligent high-temperature melt pressure sensor, integrating artificial intelligence algorithms, significantly improving measurement accuracy and stability, and promoting the intelligent upgrade of the industry;

• The breakthrough in the pressure measurement technology for the high-temperature molten salt heat storage system has filled the domestic gap. The related achievements have won the Silver Award at the 6th China (Shanghai) Invention and Innovation Exhibition and the Bronze Award at the 34th Shanghai Excellent Invention Selection Competition.

      鲁东大学（Ludong University），位于山东省烟台市，主管部门为山东省。是一所以工农理文为主体、多学科协调发展的全日制省属综合性大学。是服务国家特殊需求博士人才培养项目单位、山东党建工作示范高校培育创建单位、山东省高水平大学和高水平学科建设高校、国家“111计划”建设单位。

The School of Education of Ludong University is a secondary college under Ludong University. It was established in 2024 through the merger of the former School of Educational Sciences and the School of Primary Education. The Institute of Problematic Youth Education and Correction and the Education Master Education Center are affiliated with this school. It offers three undergraduate programs: Primary Education (a national first-class undergraduate major), Preschool Education, and Psychology (all provincial first-class undergraduate majors). The school's predecessor can be traced back to the Shandong Provincial Second Rural Normal School in 1930. In 2014, a postdoctoral research station for education was set up. Currently, it has first-level discipline master's degree programs in education and psychology, as well as a professional master's degree authorization point in applied psychology.
