近日，全国压力计量技术委员会年会暨技术规范审定会顺利召开。本次会议由全国压力计量技术委员会秘书处单位——上检旗下市计测院有限公司主办，皓格集团总裁、全国压力计量技术委员会委员吴浩博士出席会议，恰逢委员会成立三十周年，汇聚全国压力计量领域委员、专家及行业代表百余人，共商计量发展大计、共研技术规范审定、共促行业高质量前行。

Recently, the annual meeting of the National Pressure Measurement Technology Committee and the technical specification review meeting were successfully held. This event was hosted by the secretariat unit of the National Pressure Measurement Technology Committee - Shangjian's affiliated Shichimei Measurement and Testing Co., Ltd. Wu Hao, the president of HogoGroup and a member of the National Pressure Measurement Technology Committee, attended the meeting. Coinciding with the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the committee, over a hundred members, experts and industry representatives from the national pressure measurement field gathered to discuss the development plans of measurement, review the technical specifications for approval, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the industry.

      会议伊始，全国压力计量技术委员会主任委员、上海市检验检测认证有限公司总裁、市计测院有限公司党委书记、董事长王虎，国家市场监管总局计量司管理与规范处副处长徐炜，上海市市场监管局计量处处长陈向平，市计测院有限公司党委副书记、副总经理（主持工作）崔启明等领导先后致辞。与会嘉宾高度评价委员会三十年来取得的工作成果，一致认为压力计量是产业发展、民生保障和质量提升的重要基石，应坚守计量初心，强化技术支撑，持续健全压力计量技术规范体系，为国家计量事业进步和产业转型升级筑牢根基。

At the beginning of the meeting, Wang Hu, the director of the National Pressure Measurement Technology Committee, the president of Shanghai Inspection and Testing Certification Co., Ltd., the secretary and chairman of the Party Committee of Shanghai Measurement and Testing Institute Co., Ltd., and Chen Xiangping, the director of the Metrology Department of Shanghai Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, as well as Cui Qiming, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and the vice president (in charge of work) of Shanghai Measurement and Testing Institute Co., Ltd., among other leaders, delivered speeches successively. The participants highly praised the achievements made by the committee over the past 30 years and unanimously believed that pressure measurement is an important foundation for industrial development, people's livelihood security and quality improvement. We should adhere to the original intention of metrology, strengthen technical support, continuously improve the technical specification system of pressure measurement, and lay a solid foundation for the progress of national metrology and industrial transformation and upgrading.

      会议由全国压力计量技术委员会秘书长张忠立主持。张忠立系统梳理了委员会近五年在国际建议制修订、国家计量技术规范制修订、国家计量监管支撑、产业高质量发展服务赋能等方面取得的丰硕成果，并深入总结了工作经验与发展成效。同时，结合行业新形势，明确了下一阶段工作重点：持续推进国际交流与国际建议主导，深化全国压力计量技术规范体系建设，全面提升压力计量服务国家战略、支撑我国产业高质量发展的能力与水平。

The meeting was chaired by Zhang Zhongli, the Secretary-General of the National Pressure Measurement Technology Committee. Zhang Zhongli systematically reviewed the committee's significant achievements over the past five years in areas such as the formulation and revision of international recommendations, the formulation and revision of national measurement technical specifications, national measurement supervision support, and the empowerment of industrial high-quality development. He also deeply summarized the experience and development results. At the same time, in light of the new situation in the industry, he clearly defined the key tasks for the next stage: to continuously promote international exchanges and lead the formulation of international recommendations, to deepen the construction of the national pressure measurement technical specification system, and to comprehensively enhance the ability and level of pressure measurement services in supporting the national strategy and the high-quality development of China's industries.

规范审定提升质效，夯实计量体系根基/Standardization review enhances efficiency and quality, and strengthens the foundation of the measurement system.

      为规范计量技术规范的编制与审定工作，会议特邀原国家质检总局计量司副司级巡视员陈红开展专项培训，精准解读国家计量技术规范的审查要点、编审流程、常见问题及注意事项，明确了工作要求与实施路径。会议严格审定了《带弹簧管压力表气体减压器校准规范》《旁通型热式差压计校准规范》两项国家计量技术规范，以严谨专业的审定流程提升了技术规范的科学性、适用性与权威性，进一步夯实了压力计量技术规范体系的建设根基。

To standardize the formulation and review process of measurement technical specifications, the meeting specially invited Chen Hong, the former deputy director of the Metrology Department of the State Quality Supervision Bureau, to conduct a special training session. The training provided a precise interpretation of the review key points, compilation and review procedures, common issues, and precautions of the national measurement technical specifications, and clarified the work requirements and implementation paths. The meeting strictly reviewed and approved two national measurement technical specifications, namely "Calibration Specification for Spring Tube Pressure Gauges with Gas Pressure Reducing Devices" and "Calibration Specification for Parallel-Type Thermal Differential Pressure Meters". Through a rigorous and professional review process, the scientificity, applicability, and authority of the technical specifications were enhanced, further consolidating the foundation of the pressure measurement technical specification system.
