皓格集团总裁吴浩博士受聘为山东轻工职业学院客座教授

近日,山东轻工职业学院经党政联席会议研究决定,正式聘请皓格集团总裁吴浩博士担任学校客座教授,聘期自 2026 1 1 日至 2028 12 31 日。此次受聘,既是学校对吴浩博士在传感器领域深厚的技术积淀、前沿的产业实践成果的高度肯定,也彰显了皓格集团作为行业领军企业的技术领先性与产教融合价值,将以产业专家资源赋能学校学术研究与人才培养质效的升级。 

Recently, Shandong Vocational College of Light Industry decided to hire Dr. Wu Hao, president of Haoge Group, as a visiting professor of the school from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028 after the joint meeting of the Party and government. This appointment is not only highly recognized by the school for Dr. Wu Hao's profound technology accumulation and cutting-edge industrial practice achievements in the field of sensors, but also highlights the technology leadership and the value of industry-education integration of Haoge Group as a leading enterprise in the industry. It will enable the school to upgrade the quality and efficiency of academic research and talent training with industrial expert resources.

吴浩博士的创新成果不仅体现在技术突破层面,更在社会影响力方面产生深远影响。其研发的环保型传感器产品在疫情期间应用于熔喷布生产设备,直接保障了口罩核心材料的供应,彰显了科技向善的社会责任。同时,他积极推动传感器与物联网技术融合,开发智慧消防、智慧农业、智慧环卫等解决方案,助力城市数字化转型,为亚洲城市的可持续发展提供了创新路径。他的创新实践不仅推动了中国传感器行业的升级,也为亚洲其他地区提供了可借鉴的经验,体现了其在区域创新生态中的引领作用。\

As a world-leading sensor technology expert and enterprise leader, Dr. Wu Hao has demonstrated outstanding innovation capability and cross-cultural leadership in the Asian market. Not only have the multiple sensor technologies led by him been widely applied in China, but they have also entered the markets of Southeast Asia, South Asia and the Middle East through international brands such as GRAEFF, emerging as a vital driving force for regional industrial intelligence.

Dr. Wu Haos innovation practices cover the entire chain from technology R&D to industrial application. He has made breakthrough progress particularly in the fields of mercury-free eco-friendly high-temperature melt pressure sensors, AI-enabled high-temperature melt pressure sensors, and molten salt pressure measuring sensors for high-temperature molten salt heat storage and transfer systems. These achievements have filled domestic gaps and gained recognition at numerous international exhibitions. His team holds nearly 200 national patents and has participated in the formulation of multiple industry standards, making significant contributions to the standardized development of the global sensor industry.

Through technological and business model innovation, Dr. Wu Hao has enhanced the competitiveness of Chinese sensor enterprises in Asian and even global markets. Haoge Group and GRAEFF, under his leadership, provide high-precision and high-reliability solutions for key industrial sectors including plastics, chemical fiber, rubber, and petrochemicals, effectively upgrading the intelligence level of regional industrial chains. In addition, his academic monograph Intelligent Pressure Sensors: Theory and Cutting-edge Practices has been widely cited and become an important reference in the industry. As a member of the National Technical Committee on Pressure Measurement, he has continuously advanced the standardization process of the industry and strengthened Chinas international voice in the field of sensor technology.

Dr. Wu Haos innovative achievements are reflected not only in technological breakthroughs, but also in far-reaching social influence. The eco-friendly sensor products developed by him were applied to melt-blown fabric production equipment during the pandemic, directly ensuring the supply of core raw materials for masks and demonstrating the social responsibility of technology for good. Meanwhile, he has actively promoted the integration of sensor and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, developing solutions for smart fire protection, smart agriculture and smart sanitation. These solutions have facilitated urban digital transformation and provided innovative paths for the sustainable development of Asian cities. His innovation practices have not only driven the upgrading of Chinas sensor industry, but also offered replicable experience for other regions in Asia, embodying his leading role in the regional innovation ecosystem.
